I'm a highschooler looking for their first real job. I have worked before but it was in my parents' family business. I have experience in that field and have helped them work almost my entire life. I'm used to long monotonous tasks and independence. My extensive experience with my family's business has helped me develop a good sense of professionalism and a good sense of what to say when dealing with customers that are upset, unintested, or confused. I am also currently on my school's varsity cross country team and also on my school's marching band's leadership team. On my band's leadership team, I am one of four quartermasters. As a quartermaster, my job is to manage to setup equipment. When quartermasters aren't busy, it's our job to pick up any miscellaneous problems that the band runs into. I am, however, on the leadership team, so beyond my roles as a quartermaster, I have a duty to create strong relationships with my peers while also maintaining a strong sense of order and procedure.
