About Benjamin Langfitt

^Banner was created by myself during college for an art show.I am a graduate of Kent State University who has eared my Bachelor's and Associate's in Science Engineering Technology. I have a passion for creating fictitious worlds and stories and want to work towards bringing them to life in both written and visual mediums.Currently, I'm working as a full-time employee at MCPc, a logistics company in Bera, Ohio. I worked for two years on a contractor project with them to convert all University Hospital locations over to the EPIC operating software. I've since been hired onto the logistics company facilitating that conversion (MCPc) and have stepped into many different roles during my time here. I started as a deployment technician, then moved on to coordinating a small team of my peers, to then take over delivery coordination unofficially until a team-lead was made available. I've been asked to plenty of specific jobs that have given me experience in several areas around the company. I've led small teams, created accurate floorplans depicting information relevant to other deployment techs, driven and directed delivery vans from Cleveland to cities as far as Mansfield and Conneaut making multiple stops to keep up with deployment deadlines efficiently, built and maintained computer carts for use in hospitals, configured label printers in our lab, learned inventory programs such as JDE to assist in the Receiving area at one of our Warehouses in Cleveland, and other specified jobs depending on what I was needed for/what I could help with at the time.I'm currently building helpdesk skills during an assignment at Transtar where I will be working to support employees who are having trouble with their devices.
