Laboratory work:- Analysis of acid-soluble lignin;- Analysis of acid-insoluble lignin;- Analysis of the sugar content of cellulose and hemicellulose;- Liquid-liquid extraction study on the recovery of acetic and formic acids from wheat straw extraction.Production work on the wheat straw extraction pilot plant:- Mixing of acids and water;- Management of the thermal flow;- Conveying of the wheat straw stream;- Recovery and treatment of acids and water;- Extraction of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin.
