I come from a background of great variety. As an United States Air Force BRAT (Born, Raised, And Trained) I was able to live all over the world and experience a myriad of different cultures. I love outdoor sports like hiking, golf, tennis, skiing, whitewater kayaking, and many more. I also love music, and I play the bagpipes, piano, guitar, trumpet, and sing. I loved studying both science and business so much, that I couldn't decide between the two; so I studied both Entrepreneurship and Molecular Biology. I've started businesses and done lots of volunteer work all while attending Brigham Young University.In my time working as a teaching assistant for the BYU Spanish Department, I was able to develop my tutoring skills and improve my methods for teaching challenging concepts. I was also able to empathize with struggling students and help them outline a study plan to help them ultimately achieve success.Throughout my time serving at the Maliheh Free Health Clinic, I have worked hard to be a responsible, concerned provider. I am passionate about helping my patients recover from their ailments and prevent future health issues. I have also greatly enjoyed working closely with and getting to know other health care professionals in the organization.
