This role involved training members of the organization in Risk Policy and associated action plans. As well as updating Risk Policy in accordance with school and national guidelines.

Scheduling and leading conduct meetings, interviews, and investigations, and enforcing disciplinary and rehabilitative sanctions.

Developed strategies and incentives to improve the academic achievement of 40+ members. Managed and organized resource bank, grade reports, and study plans for membership.

Role involved representing the 2nd largest student organization to Admin, Alumni, and City Officials, and leading meetings with school admin and the 11-person IFC Executive Board.

Coordinating scholarship initiatives with 13+ chapters, with 600+ members, and providing guidance and resources to chapters struggling with academics.

Acting as a liaison between 24 Fraternity and Sorority houses and administration, and conducting safety checks and placing work orders when needed.

This role involved me fielding questions and policy calls by constituents from across Virginia,initiating and processing cases and routing to the appropriate caseworker, and assisting caseworkers with correspondence and casework liaison.

Fielding questions and concerns from customers both in person and over the phone, transcribing, organizing, and collecting 50+ order forms on a daily basis, and acting as a versatile tool for managers, assisting wherever possible.
