Recruitflex is a not-for-profit recruitment agency and certified social enterprise which dedicates all profits to its parent company Campbell Page, which delivers a range of community services programs.As a Recruitment Consultant, I manage the end to end recruitment of both permanent and temporary roles. This incorporates strategic talent sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection, as well as providing dedicated recruitment support to a broad client portfolio. Additionally, I have successfully delivered a variety of high volume recruitment and training projects which provide workforce solutions to clients recruiting in thin markets and regional locations.

As a Customer Contact team member, I managed high volumes of inbound calls. My role included the allocation of calls across multiple departments, as well as delivering comprehensive guidance and support to a diverse customer base.

Within my role of Disability Employment Consultant, I supported people living with disabilities to find, secure and maintain sustainable employment. This incredibly rewarding role required that I deliver comprehensive support to clients who often faced significant barriers to employment, including assisting them to upskill, enhancing their job application and interviewing skills, and working collaboratively with employers to increase accessibility.

Within this fast paced role, I was responsible for engaging with clients across industries including hospitality, events, tourism and more. Managing large, multi-drop deliveries across metropolitan and regional locations, I fostered highly productive relationships with clients.
