- Handle inbound B2B customer calls, guiding our Pros through order placement and maintenance, Account information updates, Purchase tracking, explanations of program benefits, and troubleshooting - Submit, verify, and follow up on tickets as necessary to fulfil needs outside of my access - Access and work with sensitive customer data in accordance with Company guidelines - Partner with peers to resolve escalated calls as assigned by Leadership - Facilitate nesting / ongoing support with peers via Microsoft Teams - Document all order and account access in CRM.

Manage and implement SAAS projects, including: - initial outreach / ongoing communications - deliverables acquisition - timeline management via Basecamp - framework setup - front-end buildout (HTML / CSS) - database conversion and imports - collaboration with systems / dba teams - submission and tracking of bugfix requests in JIRA - maintain, distribute, and catalogue software and product keys - assist peers with software installation / updates - prioritization management - ongoing post-launch support - upgrade / conversion projects - client training and support
