•Support the LT marketing by providing customer insights across a variety of data metrics to help understand the LT customer/market, segmentation, understanding/opportunities, target definitions, strategy development and tactical implementation (DM, email, social, search etc..).•Responsible for campaign planning, creation and testing implementation for all L&T direct mail initiatives. Creating mail and control segments based on prior performance and analyzing all campaigns with post event reporting, to measure key KPI incremental performance including, response, spend, net sales, gross margin and profit with a focus on ROI$ and ROA$. •Work with the LT Email Mkt manager to look at segmentation opportunities for email marketing testing and deployment. •Leverage the customer database using CRM tools including Tableau, Unica and SQL. Utilizing database data for customer insights, purchasing data, demographic data, RFM score, response propensity score, credit information, in-store and online data to create highly targeted and segmented mailing list with like controls. Provide customer profiles and other information to inform the various groups about the LT customer base.•Review quarterly results and review budget allocation to determine precise circulation and spend to ensure optimal incremental net spend, gross margin and incremental net profit for each campaign.•Develop direct mail A/B testing ideas and success metrics for Lord and Taylor direct to consumer campaigns. Help drive business decisions with relevant incremental data, (response rate net revenue, gross margin, profit, ROI). Work with a variety of groups within the LT organization, to plan marketing strategy and report results and insights that will lead to effective decision making and business growth.•Manage campaign calendars, timelines, file audits. Work with 3rd party vendors Merkel, Harte Hanks, Quad, Cheetah Mail and internal and external IT groups.
