Was also named to present their product at Inforum, instead presenting to audience of 300+ during the Hans Mueller calls on Dec 8, 2021 (recording available at Infor), to a rating of 4.75/5.00 from respondent attendees (CSAT given before last 10 min of talk).Rebuilt outstanding payroll reporting needs post-go-live, including several Payroll Register solutions (parent company was unable to provide one over a year's development time and a team). Paired with Shawn Klein (outstanding independent consultant around Infor solutions), honed delivery and refresh, turning data refresh customer-facing and near-real-time to meet needs of business.Configuration tweaks, redesigns, optimizations, ad hoc reports, SQL development, and supporting improvements to former designs maintained by Digital & Analytics team at St. Luke's amongst numerous other projects performed between the aforementioned.

- TSheets Leaderboard Development and Support: Utilizing existing tool created in-house by our team, updated, corrected, and improved underlying code driving KPI's; supported month-end corrections, adjustments to changing business needs, and improve delivery for agent delivery- What Happened Yesterday (WHY) Report: WFM tool with 2-week development and deployment timeline, focused on monitoring KPI's for partners and queues; worked with contractor resource (Natalie Ayers) to develop data model and visualizations.- Screen Pop Dashboard: Performed heavy data validation to data warehousing developed to standardize a critical FY KPI goal, build data model to incorporate necessary component breakdowns, and deploy dashboard consisting of scattered existing visualizations and pages to meet tracking needs.
