Key Responsibilities:Daily/Monthly running of department with my Department Manager and fellow Deputy Manager.The department consists of around 40 members of staff ranging from merchandisers, responsibles, sales assistants and cashiers.Daily training for staff, assisted by the Mentor on the department.Daily sales targets. Making sure shopfloor is to company directive by working with department merchandisers & that we have product available for customers by maintaining constant contact with product managers in Spain.
