As an instructor of record I have taught over 200 students in Elementary Statistics (Stat 201), an introductory statistics course at the University of South Carolina. In the coming academic year (2021-2022), I am teaching (and developing) my own Elementary Statistics course for the biological sciences that places an emphasis on using and understanding the open source language R.My responsibilities include:∞ Coursework development∞ Faculty and student coordination∞ Student support∞ Setting expectations∞ Grading and student feedback

Served as a consultant for both an M.S. thesis in Genetic Counseling and research project in Geology. My roles included data cleaning, data analysis, and data visualization/presentation. The primary objective was to explain the statistical methodology and results in a digestible manner that would be suitable for a thesis in a non-statistical discipline.
