Accountable for delivering the David Jones IT program plan which consists of 4 transformational projects and 9 key strategic projects. The projects are broad in scope, interdependent, high impact with tight timeframes and budgets.Responsibilities:• Leading, managing and mentoring a team of 10 IT project managers and 8 business analysts.• Providing oversight and management of issues, risk mitigation, deliverables and financial management throughout the project lifecycle. • Assessing the program impact of project change requests and requests for new projects.• Forecasting resource demand across the program. • Working with resource managers and third-party vendors to ensure that the entire program is fully resourced.• Managing relationships with key strategic partners such as PCMS (POS), IBM (Webstore), PlanIT, ConcertICT and Infosys (resource augmentation).• Engaging with senior stakeholders across the business and the Transformation PMO to ensure alignment of priorities and to develop the project pipeline.• Contributing to the development of business cases by providing cost estimates for the IT workstream.

Key Achievements:• Successfully delivered requirements and process maps for the David Jones American Express Card project by leading a team of 3 business analysts. • Successfully led a team of 3 test analysts in delivering the test phase of the David Jones American Express Card project.• Successfully delivered the pilot test phase of the David Jones American Express Card project.• Defined requirements, developed data migration test strategy and developed and delivered training material for the Information Management (iConnect) project.

Key Achievements:• Successfully managed the implementation of a document scanning solution into the Term Deposit and Third Party Banking businesses within CBA.• Provided project and analytical support on the CommSee Branch Application Porting project. • Successfully designed and executed the performance testing regime for the first phase of the CommSee (CRM) project.• Successfully coordinated the integration of TD Waterhouse IT systems into CommSec systems. • Successfully managed the closure of TD Waterhouse branches nationwide. • Managed the establishment of a business continuity hot site for the Premium Business Services division.
