I have been working in the pump industry as an engineer for Global Pump since 2011.I have experience executing - and completing - product development projects in new pump and related hydraulic and mechanical component design; working with a small team under my direction.I have extensive experience in pump design and drawings, R&D testing, assisting quality control, technical and commercial communications with suppliers, and customer application support. My experience is primarily with end suction centrifugal pumps, but I also have worked on rotary lobe pump development, and to a lesser degree with other pump types including piston pumps, vertical turbines, and hydraulic submersible pumps.I frequently travel to customers and suppliers to resolve design, manufacturing, and application problems. I have current business visas for and extensive travel experience in both China and India, with many trips to both countries (and within the USA) to meet with suppliers. I have visited customers to address and resolve application and design issues throughout North America, including Canada, Mexico, and many states across the USA.
