After a brief stint at university and four years working in security, I decided it was time for a fresh challenge and made the move to Connect Assist.Each day is different, so being able to adapt is key to my role. I could compiling monthly reports, honing customer comms and managing team leaders through to overseeing a number of different helpline services, making sure everything’s running glitch-free. I excel in a fast-paced environment and I'm looking forward to taking on more responsibilities in the future.Being from the Rhondda valleys, I was inspired to join Connect Assist due to their commitment to providing jobs to local people.
