About Benjamin Long

I am a development exec and producer working in unscripted TV. I came up in casting before making the jump to producing game shows, working on iconic formats like "Minute to Win It" and more niche ones like "Hellevator". I had just finished producing 150 episodes of the syndicated hit game show "Celebrity Name Game" when I received the opportunity to join Banijay Studios North America’s development team in 2016. My early achievements with the company include naming their hit game show "Child Support" and helping create and produce "Don’t", both for ABC. Serving as Director of Development for the past three years I produced a network pilot and saw several development deals through. During my tenure at BSNA I developed and oversaw the system of delivering the company’s projects for international distribution. While I will always have a soft spot for physical production, I have fallen in love with developing formats and kicking their tires is now one of my favorite things to do. Let's work together!
