 Schedule appointments with customers to inspect vehicles. Accurately identify damages and prepare estimates in CCC using manufacturer and industry standard operations. Negotiate repair and labor costs with repair facilities. Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process. Primary appraiser for commercial claims heavy equipment (OTR, construction and farm equipment). Assist co-workers with heavy equipment inspections and estimating.

 Prepare accurate estimates on initial automotive inspections in the field. Re-inspect supplemental damages at body shops and negotiate agreed repair costs. Manage the use of rental during the course of repairs. Investigate and determine liability and coverages. Evaluate and handle settlement of total loss vehicles.
