Benjamin Lu serves a director, Sr. Consultant, Coach and Learning Facilitator within Emerge Consulting China. His professional experience and service areas are focused on leadership and management training, development coaching and HR program & operations consulting. In Emerge Consulting, he has served as learning facilitator, consultant and coach for many MNC (multinational companies) and local POE (private-owned enterprises) clients, etc. He has also been a major contributor to several HR consulting projects, including enhanced talent development.
