It is my responsibility to lead the operations of a $1 Billion online fulfillment center. Responsible for all visuals, marketing, stockroom, fixtures/hardware, and floorsets. Lead a 15-man floorset team responsible for the execution of all merchandising, marketing, and visual displays. Responsible for mapping all floorsets to fit our stores needs. Acted as Leader on Duty, responsible for running the business and driving sales and key performance indicators (KPI’s) such as conversion, units per transaction, and average dollar sale. Responsible for making merchandising adjustments based on sales reports and product sell through.
