• Build up product program and hardware engineering team (EE, ME, SW, Test & Quality) for hardware product development• Lead the global cross-functional program team to define, develop, test and deliver eyewear-free 3D AI tablets, smart phones and accessories. The 3D AI tablets have got excellent feedback from our customers/end users about their 3D immersiveness, AI capability and product UX, and won 11 awards in CES and MWC • Manage ODMs for product development, engineering builds, mass production and QA to ensure on-time product delivery and cost effectiveness• Work with leadership team to develop product strategy and technology roadmap for eyewear-free 3D AI hardware products• Foster a high trust and inspiring work environment for collaboration and innovation

• Develop the product strategy and road map of AR and IoT product lines• Lead the product development team to develop product solutions and partner with 3rd party hardware companies for product solution integration• Promote product solutions to customers, lead the team to customize product solutions and deliver the customer projects successfully

• Lead the global product program management team to define and develop 7 Motorola smart phone products (Motorola G, E and K Series) and launch them to the global markets• Work closely with product leadership team in product definition and program milestone reviews• Manage and work closely with ODMs and partners to ensure program schedule, product quality and product delivery to be executed successfully

• Lead market research and product solution team for the product lines of Smart Home/IoT, VR/AR, Wearable and Smart Audio• Work with BUs to develop ODM product roadmap, product solutions and engineering prototypes for ODM business development• Develop ODM business with the tier 1 customers by providing customized product solutions and services, oversee ODM programs to be executed successfully

• Develop the product strategy and roadmap for Nokia Gear Beijing with leadership team and drive its execution• Lead the site PM and R&D teams to successfully conception and develop a variety of smart device accessory products in the categories of Voice, Power, Music and Entertainment - making up around 70% of Nokia Gear revenue and profit• Manage ODMs and partners for successful product development and manufacturing• Improve the department people satisfaction significantly for a cooperative and innovative work environment

• Develop hardware engineering strategy and hardware technology roadmap for ODM programs• Lead product hardware design of mobile phone projects for the customers e.g. Nokia, LGE, Sony, Motorola, RIM and Huawei etc., and ensue the projects to be delivered successfully• Build up hardware engineering team , and plan hardware R&D resource for customer ODM projects• Enhance hardware design competence of the team

• Lead cross functional program teams in China, Germany, Denmark to conception, develop and deliver mobile phone products to the global markets e.g. A65, CF110 and AF111 etc. A65 achieved a great sales volume ~5M units with the lowest FFR for the same mobile platform
