Currently employed with Book & Proch Well Drilling, Inc. as the Public Water Systems Manager. I specialize in PADEP and Ohio EPA drinking water operations, compliance, maintenance, compliance sampling, permit writing and plan writing for public water systems. At Book & Proch, we will develop a new water source by drilling a new well or rehabbing your current well. Following the source development, start-up samples will be analyzed in order to design and build a water treatment system. This process consists of writing and submitting your permits to the appropriate state agency while working along with our PE. After state agency approval, we will install your state of the art water treatment system and work with that agency through all of the inspections. Following that approval process, Book & Proch will operate and maintain your drinking water treatment system. We are able to write your sample plans, collect and analyze any compliance samples, do all online submittals, monthly or weekly maintenance and be considered your state approved water operator.
