I worked on criminal cases at the trial court level as well as criminal appeals in the Appellate Division and the Court of Appeals. I drafted leave applications, several appellate briefs, interrogatories, an Article 78 action, and conducted research on dozens of cases pending at both the trial and appellate level.

Hon. Kenneth Case, Erie County Court, Part 7

I spent the summer in Judge Case's courtroom and chambers to gain exposure to the trial process and work on legal research and writing skills. Most notably, I was able to follow the Whiting murder trial from start to finish. I aided in the research and drafting of decisions on both criminal and civil cases.

Representing all of the roughly 3,000 undergraduate students at Canisius College, I work closely with the administration and my team of dedicated student leaders to protect the interests of our community. Besides addressing general student concerns, some of my duties include:- Oversee the operation of the Student Senate - Consultant to the Canisius Board.

Collected, organized, and presented research to understand and prevent the above areas of transnational crime to be included in a textbook due for publication in 2013 by the Chair of Political Science at Canisius College.
