I teach local kids the whole broad spectrum of math, I work with adolescents struggling to focus on/ understand their math, high school or college kids who don't understand how to apply mathematics to things like physics, and even the 8 year old kids who need a little extra help in their addition. This experience has taught me a lot about how to apply different teaching styles to different demographics, I've learned how to communicate with and establish good relationships with people of all ages and backgrounds, and how I can most effectively help them.
