Psychiatric Liaison Nurse (N3)
CurrentAs a member of the Urgent Care department, I work as a consultant to provide mental health expertise in patient assessment, risk assessment including suicide risk assessment, care planning and disposition, intervention and evaluation within Urgent Care. In my role I provide mental health support and healthcare while acting as a liaison to the multidisciplinary team and collaborate between hospital and community partners. My role also functions as a clinical resource for mental health and education within the department.
