Oversee consumption of Raw material and Packaging materials against work orders in reference to the Billing of materials. 5. Analysis of postings on every complete work order, evaluation of price differences between standard cost estimate and actual costs absorbed. 6. Management of purchase requisitions and receivables within production. 7. Management of plant maintenance data (machine breakdown notifications, Preventive Maintenance schedules) within production area and analyse its effects in production output.8. Data analysis and reports; production capacity utilization, calculating value loss and value gain per the product, monitoring and keeping transfer records of each and every product.9. Facilitated opening of process orders In SAP system, follow up material issuance and make sure they are dispensed and taken to production for processing.
