Developed a quality management system applicable to Custom Vehicle Solutions operational practices.Lead a newly developed team of quality inspectors to increase product and reduce the cost of quality.

• Developed new inspection processes, work instructions, standard operating procedures, and documentation forms to change the direction of the quality department to a process approach.• Managed a group of quality representatives at multiple locations with common objectives and targets to meet the organizations strategic goals.• Developed work instructions and was on the team that implemented light resin transfer molds (LRTM) to triple productivity.• Performed audits to ensure all departments are holding set standard and initiated corrective action to bring off track items back into the scope of the standard.
