I am currently working as Talent Acquisition Consultant at Welling Young LLC while living in McKinney Texas. The social skills and work ethic I have built through my life previously as a bartender and teacher have helped me thrive in my role. My previous Insurance experience in marketing employee benefits was the first step into Risk Management and Insurance. The knowledge and personal skills I learned allowed me to connect with those in the insurance industry, thus giving me a network of like minded individuals to learn from. Making a transition into the recruiting world has allowed me to use my social skills to build my network and place people into the roles to help further their careers.
