- Assisted the Orange BtoB sales forces in the realization of an audit of the commercial times in 6 agencies present on 10 main french cities- Recruitment, training, work monitoring and management of 30 students present in the agencies for a fortnight to identify the breakdown of commercial time specific to the methods and applications of BtoB sellers- Analyzed of time to underline which applications and methods are too recurrent or inefficient and propose improvements to ease and optimize sellers's processes
