- Involves in working in three sectors for the foundation, Saints Kicks, Connect and Premierleague4sports project in which all are aimed at improving child's participation in sport. - Deliver planned sport sessions in schools which vary from Football to Hockey which requires a vast amount of knowledge across all sports. - Ability to coach and teach many different sessions with the age group ranging from 10 – 19yrs old.- Teaching after schools sessions in which I deliver sports with the aim of improving technique and skill- Delivering Football based sessions specialising in Youth Inclusion for the local community in and around Southampton

Frome, Aldersmith Stadium.

- This involved in managing a youth team independently for a few years which required structuring training and matches in the aim to improve the development in the players involved. - Coaching and managing an Under 8s side for two years from the ages of 5yrs old.- Organisation of two weekly training sessions with a Team consisting of 15+ players, aged 4-8yrs.- Adapt and structure training sessions to improve the player’s skill, technique and social behaviour. - Liaising with the club and league coaches and staff regarding matches and upcoming tournaments
