FCFC Coordinator acts as a conduit on behalf of the FCFC council to streamline and coordinate existing government services for families and children. Acts as Coordinator with various agencies and programs focused on transforming the delivery and implementation of services designed to assist families and children as defined as defined in ORC 121.37.

A Juvenile Probation Officer guides a youth and guardian through the probation process. They make appropriate referrals and recommendations based on the identified, individualized needs, and information gathered regarding the youth and family. They work with the family to create and fulfill a probation case plan. The Juvenile Probation Officer ensures court guidelines and probation orders are adhered to.

Supervises and directs the daily activities of youth residents in a secure detention facility by observing behaviors, maintaining control, and administering appropriate disciplinary sanctions according to policy. Ensures compliance with all RCJC policies and procedures to promote a safe, secure, and humane environment for residents and staff through crisis intervention, verbal communications, and physical intervention techniques when necessary.
