• Reorganization of the finance department in Mombasa, with an optimization of the procedure to improve the performance of the department and increase our control.• In charge of the financial, accounting and credit control team for 4 companies (42 employees).• Deployment & optimization of the internal control, which enable to detect/stop financial fraud in place since many years.• Reconciliation and decreasing intercompany outstanding from 8 to 5 M€, supplier in debit from 5 to 0.2 M€, debit disbursement, reducing demurrages risk by 1 M€.• Procedure improvement (cash, payment, supplier, disbursement, customer) to improve and facilitate the operational management of our activities (improvement on transit time), with a proper control on our transactions to reduce the risk of fraud.• Reinforcement of our control to reduce risk and improve productivity.

• New position as financial controller for this subsidiary, deployment of financial/operational tools to enable management by agencies and activities, reorganization financial/accounting team.• Responsible for the finance, IT, HR (10 employees).• Migration & deployment of the new operational/financial ERP.• Decrease DSO from 130 to 57 days.

• Optimization of the finance/account process, more precisely for the subsidiary in South Sudan.• New costs control position with deployment new tools/KPI to assist management in their strategic decision.

• Deployment of a new financial tool to analyze the net banking income by social category and professional activities.
