Responsible for shaping and deploying the overall change management strategy, plan, and capabilities for a multi-year enterprise transformation in Asia Pacific. The Enterprise Standards & Productivity (ESP) initiative transformed service delivery models of Human Resources, Finance, Procurement & IT globally.

Global role with enterprise accountability for the build and implementation of leadership development programs targeted at high-potential senior leaders (VP+), with the objective of accelerating leader readiness for larger roles. My responsibilities included: curriculum and experiential course design, incorporating internal and external best practice and thought leadership, global facilitation, collaboration across the organization, and program impact assessments.
