Worked with a mentor to change the surveillance testing frequency of the emergency diesel generators at the station from every month to every other month.Learned about nuclear power plant operation through visits to the reactor and turbine buildings, and technical orientation training.

Researched and utilized the Duckietown platform created by MIT to program small robotic cars to self-drive using Ubuntu and Python. Collaborated with two other students and met regularly with engineering professors to report findings and progress.
