Other achievements include: dramatically raising the organizations public profile; completely modernizing the association; significantly improving participation in SLA events; creating an online filing system with a take-up rate of 50% in just the first year; offering online payments; moving 100% of computing to the cloud; and, encouraging 30% of our workforce to seek additional education and training.

As head of federal relations, responsible for lobbying Democrats and Republicans, in both the House and the Senate, as well as, lobbying the Administration. Held an annual Legislative Action Day conference to increase congressional awareness of P&C issues. Member of PCI’s International Relations Council, which advised the CEO regarding international regulation and advocacy.
