About Benjamin Mcmullen
I have worked in Higher Education professional jobs since 2014 as both a student and full time worker committed to life-long learning. Starting out in residence life and student affairs as early as 2011 I have grown through each position learning to serve students in new ways from resident assistant to working as residence life coordinator and community director at two different private higher education institutions. Since 2019 I transitioned into academic affairs as an academic advisor for the College of Engineering at Penn State University and have been excited to start my journey as a Doctoral Student in the Higher Education department at Penn State University in 2023. I have recently had the privilege to be invited to present at the NACADA regional 2 Conference and have previously presented at the Penn State Academic Advising conference in the fall of 2023.
