Mainly focusing on taking on board the Facility Cleaning side of the business and supporting the projects and maintenance in a newly established Branch in the BOP. Growing customer accounts and hunting down potential new clients was the main focus.

Working directly with the owner. Created a growth plan. Build and put into place all of the SOP's required. Then building up a strong customer base that would place regular orders and take the business to the next step. A lot of what I did was to build the foundation of the company.

Was the Branch Manager for the Silverdale branch. Managing a small team to service the upper side of North Shore

Started off flipping burgers at shakeout. Worked my way up to Assistant store Manager then into marketing. Also got the privilege to work in the mobile kitchen that was cooking up a storm at Northern Bass.

Outdoor Experiance

Was Apart of the instructor team running programs for kids over the summer and briefly into winter. This was a dynamic role that required quick thinking and strong leadership skills that i developed over time
