I am seeking positions within areas of Business that will further my knowledge of functions which make a successful business operate smoothly; Operations Management, Project Management, and Quality Management. I have worked in the aviation field since 1994. Positions held range from an Çomposites Fabrication Research and Developement Technician,Structural Repair Shop Manager, General Mechanic levels 1 and 2 with designations as Avionics/Electrical and Structures/Advanced Composites Repair Technician. Each endeavour has lead me to new heights of learning and listening. Structures Repair Department Manager (5 years 8 months) entrusted with Teaching and Mentoring New Employees, as well as New Military Service Members within the unit, advanced repair practices for the industry. Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for aircraft structural repair requirements resulted in the opportunity to act as Engineering liaison between Boeing and Sikorsky Field Representatives and Engineers, Logistic Army Representatives, and Quality Assurance Representatives to develop special repair procedures for metal and composite structures Conducted Inspections performed during fabrication, assembly, installation, equipment installation, shakedowns and system functional test throughout the manufacturing and repair station processes. Successfully coordinated resolutions to Customer questions regarding; quality procedures, manufacturing functions, company standards, and engineering drawing interpretations. Resulting in lowering lead times for repair, and enabling customer to continue with war efforts on multiple fronts unhindered by the maintenance flow.Planed and arranged sequence of work assignments and coordinated assignments with responsible personnel. Used and/or interpreted production flow charts, shop mathematics, drawings, standards, specifications and quality procedures and documents, test manuals etc., in the accomplishment of work assignments.
