I earned my BA from New York University in 2007, and came to Gemstar in 2009 as an estimator. I am an active member of the Houston Apartment Association and have written for their monthly publication, Abode Magazine. I earned the professional designation of Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) from the National Apartment Association (NAA) in 2012. I was the Director of Pre-Construction Services from 2013 to 2015. Our department worked on assessing our clients needs, goals and ideas and turning them into bids and proposals that can later be turned into production-ready projects. I have an in depth knowledge of material, scheduling and Multifamily construction.In June 2015, I was promoted to General Manager at Gemstar. I am in charge of the general operations of the company which includes advertising and marketing.
