Senior Attorney Talent Operations Specialist
Current• Pulls and analyzes hours, availability and attendance reporting to support the attorney staffing process• Provides meaningful data-driven analyses and to assist firm leadership with annual review and performance management process, partnership promotion process and counsel and career attorney programs• Documents, refines, and maintains best practices and templates for data management and analysis using the firm’s reporting systems• Supports the compensation process of all non-partner attorneys, including review and manipulation of hours data, helping to set compensation packages for new and transitioning attorneys, and providing critical support for the year-end bonus process and bonus dashboard• Coordinates data logistics for the associate survey process, including Chambers and Vault• Develops and maintains tracking spreadsheets, builds ad hoc reports and assists with Attorney Talent data projects as needed
