Involves pulling data and preparing P&L information utilized to access stroller performance both MTD and YTD-Track and transfer assets in and out of locations within assigned states-Location Analysis including confirming cash/credit sales reconciled to equipment meter readings-Review location contracts to set up appropriate commission calculation and reporting for all locations within assigned region:(WI,MI,MO,KS,OK,TX,LA,SC,NC)-General journal entries and account reconciliations-Act as a resource for questions, interfacing with customers related to monthly sales reporting and commission calculation-Tracking and monitoring Sales/Use tax filings as well as any tax rate changes across assigned region-Property tax filing-Maintain and update business license applications for all new and existing locations-Assist/train field personnel on SCI data collection website and P&L information-Perform weekly review of the Project Report for any project over budget, follow-up with project champion to ensure additional monies get approved. Report distributed quarterly to Sr. Management. Close old or over-budget projects and follow up.
