Mimo is an AI driven, cloud-based (AWS) 24/7 Personal Financial Management that helps retail customers achieve their financial goals. As part of the senior leadership team that has managed the project from inception to launch, I built the operations team and infrastructure, and am personally responsible for the end-to-end system development and contact centre management.

In charge of medium to long-term mortgage strategy for UK Retail Banking. This included the design and implementation of policies including a revised ‘buy to let’ lending policy resulting in 10% conversion increase & 50% volume increase.

Accountable for the day-to-day running of the CRO office including a period as acting Head of Strategy

Responsible for the implementation of debt and capital management strategies for Colonial’s Property and Infrastructure funds in a centralised front office treasury.
