Provide leadership and ensures coordination and administration of system-wide responsibilities for the 7 Wyoming Community Colleges in areas of research design, data reporting, policy analysis, assessment of effectiveness, workforce training, grant management, enrollment audits, common course numbering, student services and academic affairs.

• Delivers oversight and leadership for budget administration and staffing initiatives while leading strategic efforts for business development with Community College and University partners. • Successfully cultivates and manages 8 active community college partnerships across the nation. • Manages multiple programs including the International Pathway Program -1+1+2 program with In’tl Universities, AH Community Colleges, and domestic 4-year colleges. • Increased the growth and development of transfer network of 70 College and University Partners; developed transfer pathways between affiliates and partners including articulation and course maps.• Collaborated with vendors and third-party entities to identify and foster public and private partnerships including NCHC, PTK, College Board, Pathbrite, and the CCRC.

Manage relationships with Academic leadership at partner colleges - currently 10 community colleges across the country. Manage teams within Academic Affairs: Teaching and Learning Center, International Academic Support, and Selection. These groups support our partner colleges in providing outstanding, engaging academic experiences both in and outside the classroom, from the holistic admissions process all the way through successful transfer to their best-fit 4-year college or university.Work to identify new partnerships with public and private institutions to bring high-quality co-curricular and extracurricular opportunities to Honors students across the American Honors network.Manage and grow the American Honors Transfer Network. This is a collection of over 65 4-year Colleges and Universities that have agreements with American Honors to streamline the transfer process from our Community College partners.Academic Director of the International Foundations Program. I coordinate the creation of course syllabi and materials by our community college faculty to be shared with faculty at Chinese Universities. I also facilitate the review of faculty credentialing, collection of course artifacts, and coordinate cross-network assessment activities to ensure quality student learning outcomes.

• Directed the Honors Program including budget administration, performance management, and staffing for all affiliate and full-time faculty. • Provided team leadership to faculty for all departments and designed a comprehensive model for cross-listed Honors courses. • Significantly increased student diversity with a new education curriculum across a far wider range of disciplines. • Implemented necessary criteria for online Honors course offerings; integrated student learning outcomes into new assessment model.

• Served as University Senate Secretary and appointed to President’s Leadership Taskforce. Oversaw the identification and evaluation of new core program principles of Honors curriculum. • Designed and integrated new online course Introduction to Music with Student Learning Outcome assessment resulting in an enrolment increase. • Recognized for designing new Master of Arts in Collaborative Piano Program and implementing outcome-based assessment program.
