In either scenario I work to a clear, well documented plan, whilst remaining sufficiently flexible to navigate the unique challenges each project inevitably brings.My work ranges from modest contemporary ‘beach shacks’, to imposing legacy projects. I handle scope and schedules of works, budgets, tenders, and feedback to stakeholders during the construction phase. I enjoy collaborating with specialist contractors and construction partners to deliver value for clients and clear goals for the delivery team.
