Supporting the Warehouse Manager by leading and managing the direct day-to-day operations of the warehouse.Plan for and review daily workload, order fulfilment, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans whilst ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met and exceeded.Resource allocation and management across Warehouse functional areas (Receiving, Put-Away, Picking, Production, Despatch.Monitor Distribution Flow activities and orchestrate directional operational choices to optimise outputs / productivity.Utilise meaningful data inputs to derive operational choices and action plans for team members.Schedule and oversee the warehouse team to meet the demands of the warehouse and manage the fulfilment, flow and quality of work to maximise efficiency and dispatch of orders in a timely manner.Combined with Stockmanagement team leader role. Accountable for all elements of inventory management and health.
