- Professional and disciplinary management of the purchasing department at the headquarters in germany- responsible for the production sites in Germany and Europe- Further development and optimization of process flows- Strategic supplier management and coordination of all necessary activities for the continuous optimization of thesupplier portfolio- Part of the management team with direct reporting to themanagement

- Technical and disciplinary management of the After Sales Service area including repair management and repair shop as well as spare parts sales- Further development and optimization of process flows- Development and support of the international service- Responsibility for sales and marketing of servicesespecially maintenance contracts- Responsibility for complaints management includingprocessing of product liability matters

- lead a team of four procurement coordinators - manage all operational purchasing & procurement processes- responsible for the management and administration of Purchase Orders- training of procruement functions- Develop and maintain Procurement strategys- Producing reports and statistics- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet goals and deadlines

- Create daily production schedules for nine production lines- Plan and prioritize the production to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption- Collaborate with procurement, production and other staff

- Responsible for the creation and distribution of purchase orders and change orders- Purchasing of different direct materials, supplies and equipment to other departments as needed- Review purchase order claims and contracts for accuracy- Review invoices with material receipts ensuring proper payment to vendor
