I am an experienced infrastructure administrator with over 3 years of experience in the IT industry. My expertise revolves around on-prem and cloud infrastructure, and providing remote & in-person customer support to an enterprise userbase. My current role is focused on maintaining, optimising, and monitoring large scale SD-WAN environments with both cloud and on-premise infrastructure.At the moment, I am studying an associate level course for Azure, specifically AZ-104: Azure Administrator. While I don’t believe on-prem enterprise IT infrastructure will ever become obsolete, the use-case is definitely losing out to Cloud based solutions.

Service desk usually acted as the first point of contact for the user, requiring us to triage and escalate incidents where necessary.
