We have built, and launched over 30 different training and coaching programs over the last five years for entrepreneurs in the business of helping people transform themselves and their businesses. We take entrepreneurs from “I have an idea for a course/coaching program” all the way through instructional design, authoring, filming, video production, and launch. Once the program is up and running we flip into the marketing seat and drive inbound leads through more training content development, list building, podcast and webinar production. Underneath all of this is a deep understanding of human psychology and what it means to be a human being living a spiritual experience. We know what keeps people up at night, where the common fears and worries stem from, having served hundreds of people in our own coaching and development programs. But…here’s the rub…building a program and marketing it…anyone can do that, but can they also COACH AND LEAD the entrepreneur to higher levels of breakthrough and development so they can operate at their best, highest potential, most deeply connected to themselves and their families first and in turn lead their clients to the same breakthrough? Unlikely. All of this combines together to be the engine that powers entrepreneurs ability to deliver transformation.

At Scendancy we help families create multi-generational love and connection through training, coaching and unique experiences. Today we are engaging families across a number of different fronts...1.) Men - helping them to deepen their connection to themselves and their faith, the majority of men who are husbands and fathers we work with are terribly disconnected to themselves, don't know how to engage in meaningful connecting conversations with their spouses and often times this leaves them in a terrible state inside their relationship and parenting. 2.) Husbands and Wives - we work with couples to deepen their relationship to each other, creating a life lead by family values and a vision for the future they both have bought into and are pursuing. 3.) Moms and Dads - we work with couples to enable them to set up a foundation of parenting that breaks away from the "old-model" power over tactics we were raised with. We work deeply on communication, establishing a safe container with their children, and distinguishing discipline from punishment. 4.) Grandparents - we work with grandparents to capture their life lessons and stories through an interactive interview experience that allows the family to pass down their video memoir through the generations, so children, grandchildren, and great grand children can come back and hear from their ancestors later in life.

Understanding the derived business value in joint partnerships and what that means for future customers and assisting in the discovery of that derived value with the partner. Development of applications and demos to support the process of partnership.

Enabled connectivity of hardware devices to the Axeda platform. This involved cloud development in some cases, and embedded development in other cases. Finding the gold in what a device does and leveraging that with Axeda technology.

Developed reference applications end to end on the Axeda platform. Demonstrated what potential vertical applications may look like from the monocle of IoT. Developed business use cases for such applications to demonstrated business value for IoT applications.
