I am responsible for creating Purchase Orders for the company for requested items/materials by department and end users. In Purchasing Dept. we are using the Document Management and System (DMS) and Quick books for making Purchase Orders and Inventory Control. Aside from making PO, I am also responsible for inventory control, especially for fast-moving supplies that the company used. Skimming of each supplier that must fit to the demand of the company in terms of supply requirement, which is used to identify the quality of each supplier in their product and services.
