My role involves involves Maintaining software, IPW.Use of Cygnus, GMC PrintNet T Designer (advanced Certificate Holder) Scripting C++, Cobol, Rexx, helping Print support. Text setting, data processing.

My role at Pharamapac involves operating machinery, I also troubleshoot and resolve any equipment issues and monitor and improve the automated machinery. Whilst working here my accuracy skills have improved as attention to detail is essential for this job. I have also improved on my time keeping skills.

This role involved: checking if the equipment are set to the right temperature for Chemical reactions, mixing, filtering and blending in a type of chemical plant. Confer with technical and supervisory personnel to report or resolve conditions affecting safety, efficiency, or product quality. Regulate or shut down equipment during emergency situations, as directed by supervisory personnel. Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines, control boards, or semi-automatic equipment. Monitor recording instruments, flow meters, panel lights or other indicators and listen for warning signals, to verify conformity of process conditions. Draw samples of products and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and to ensure that standards are met. In this role I have had the opportunity to work with the microbiology team to check for bacteria activity on the site. Making sure the holding tanks are well and cleaned before mixing the next batch to prevent cross contamination. Understanding of good pharmaceutical practices and following standard operating procedures
