Job Description activity, Manage demand for selected customer to ensure proper planning from order entry through production and on time shipment. Responsible for communication, project tracking, order entry and forecast management as it relates to over customer service. ACTIVITIES: a) Order entry and Management with the people soft system. b) Forecast entry and management with the people soft system. c) Answer customer inquires regarding delivery, price and demand. d) Interact with entire organization to communicate customer requirements. e) Work with the master Scheduling. Production and Shipping to ensure on time delivery of customer order. f) Communicate with customer and sales, any changes that may impact the schedule. g) Initiate, follow and complete simple projects with a set timeline. h) Use of reporting tools for order and forecast analysis. i) Travel to customer and Poclain locations as required. j) Other duties as required.
