Supporting a number of key stakeholders throughout the business, my responsibilities include but are not limited to Business partnering, Case management, change management and process creation.

The Austin Hospital has over 8,000 employees, and operates under several multiple enterprise agreements.As a Human Resource Advisor, I am responsible various roles, including Recruitment, Operations, Service Desk and Training and Development. These roles, are the links in an operational process, that comprise of the following tasks:• Conducting job evaluations• Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies• Coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants• Negotiating terms and conditions of employment with staff• Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes• Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data• Write and present information briefings on a range of HR related topics• Advising on staff development• Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices• Consulting on issues related to workplace relations and performance management• Providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures, legislation, and enterprise agreements

IPN/Allied Medical Group provides a comprehensive service to general practitioners, facilitating the administration, operational functions of General Practice.My responsibilities at IPN include administration and coordination of the operations of our various clinics and business services. I assist our General Practitioners, Business Managers and Clinics with their registration requirements and the financial disbursements (nationwide). I also assist our Recruitment Officers with contract initiations and variations. My various roles enable me to liaise with a variety of government departments and health organizations throughout Australia.
